A very helpful person posted her translation of the Ottobre pattern instructions on the PatternReview message board, and I got my armholes done in record time.  I just needed that bit of explanation to “get it.”

The jumper is finished, has had a trip through the washer and is awaiting a little press before I wear it this afternoon.  I’ll get a photo then and post it tomorrow.

Just anticipating sewing on some better-quality fabric makes me happy, but it probably won’t happen today.  I’m suffering from some sort of seasonal allergy/cold thing, plus I have to get the Mr to the doctor and go to campus and work a little this afternoon.  After that, our Sunday school class has set-up/clean-up for Wednesday night supper.  I feel wiped out just thinking about it.

Nope.  No sewing today.

My next three garments are all Sophia knits, which I enjoy sewing.  There’s the cowl neck top, the tank, and the cardigan all cut and waiting.

I can’t wait to get up there and begin!
